About the Architect of Klimt Cairnhill

DP Architects Pte Ltd

Klimt Cairnhill will feature a golden, curvilinear facade, mirroring the surrounds of Cairnhill Road, known as the ‘golden district’ of early Singapore. Its architects, DP Architects, take some inspiration from Austrian artist Gustav Klimt, who incorporated gold leaf into many of his iconic artworks. This, fused with influence from the location and setting of the new residence, birthed the iconic Klimt Cairnhill.

DP Architects (DPA) focuses on enriching the human experience and creating works of architectural excellence. Founded in 1967 on this concern, DPA continues to play a role in shaping cityscapes in Singapore, Asia, the Middle East and beyond. DPA has designed many of the country’s most important public projects and notable landmarks, each of which have played critical roles in shaping Singapore’s civic urban landscape and downtown core. DP has also been involved with urban projects of immense scale and increasing diversity of function.
