Lentor Modern is the Lentor Central GLS site awarded to GuocoLand

Lentor Modern is developed by the premier regional real estate group GuocoLand, which is known for other mixed-use projects like Midtown Modern and Midtown Bay at Guoco Midtown as well as Wallich Residence.
GuocoLand won the tender for the Lentor Central GLS after putting in the highest bid of $784.1 million ($1,204 per sq ft per plot ratio). There were a total of 9 bids. At that time in July 2021, it set a new record for OCR land prices.

Lentor Modern will feature a sky terrace in each tower. The ground floor will offer 96,000 sq ft of commercial, F&B and retail spaces. Residents of Lentor Modern and the neighbourhood can look forward to the convenience of having a plethora of F&B and retail options at their doorstep, including a 12,000 sq ft supermarket and a 10,000 sq ft childcare centre. This design is in line with GuocoLand’s goal to bring forward the ‘live, work and play all in one place’ lifestyle, as envisaged by the group in this post-pandemic situation.
GuocoLand made headlines with its trademark integrated development, the Guoco Midtown comprising premium Grade A offices, public and retail spaces, and exclusive residences that aim to draw more families and retirees into the city area. Besides that, the group’s first integrated mixed-use project in Singapore, the Guoco Tower, is a global icon that helped position Tanjong Pagar as a premier quality business and lifestyle district in the CBD, offering a 38-storey Grade A office block, six levels of premium retail and F&B space, 181 prestigious residential homes and a luxury business hotel. With its signature expertise in transit-oriented mixed-use developments from Singapore’s city centre to the Thomson area, GuocoLand‘s Lentor Modern will bring a revitalising transformation to the Lentor neighbourhood.
