BSEL Development Pte. Ltd (Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited)

Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited (BSEL) successfully tendered for the en bloc sale of Katong Park Towers and intends to redevelop the property into a high-rise residential development with communal facilities. The upcoming new development will be known as Liv @ MB.

Incorporated in Singapore in 1967, BSEL now focuses on property development, investment and other property-related activities. The real estate developer has built some of Singapore’s most well-known residential developments including more than 4,600 landed homes in Seletar Hills, Sembawang Hills and Luxus Hills. The BSEL office is awarded the ISO 14001:2015 certification for “Provision of Property Development and Management Services”, a testament to the developer’s promise of delivering the highest standards of quality and satisfaction to their customers.

Arc Studio Architecture + Urbanism Pte Ltd is an award-winning architecture firm in Singapore. Founded by husband-and-wife couple Khoo Peng Beng and Belinda Huang in 1998, the studio has gained international recognition for its innovative and award-winning projects. One notable project is the [email protected] It has received prestigious awards like the CTBUH Best Tall Building Asia & Australasia Award 2010, winner of the World Architectural Festival 2010, runner-up at the FIABCI Prix d’ Excellence Awards 2011, ULI Global Awards for Excellence 2010 and the President's Design Award 2010.
